Climbing frame installation process
设安装平台---摆放底座、安装导轨，组装水平桁架各部件---将横梁用螺栓连接于导轨上，将主框架立杆扣于横梁上---将斜杆扣于立杆和横梁上---安装附墙导向装置后，将架体卸荷到导向座上---随结构接高架体、搭设脚手架、铺设中间层或临时脚手板---与建筑结构做临时架体拉接、张挂外排密目安全网---装完第三个横梁后，安装提升座和上一层附墙导向座---接高主框架立杆、将架体搭设至设计高度、铺设顶层脚手板、挡脚板---铺设底层安全网及脚手板、制作翻板---上部架体与结构进行有效拉接（拉接间距不大于6m）---张挂外排密目安全网至架顶---将防坠吊杆插入底座防坠装置内，安装提升钢丝绳---摆放电控柜、分布电缆线、安装电动葫芦、接线、调试电器系统---预紧电动葫芦、检查验收、拆除架体与结构上部拉接、同步提升一层---安装全部完毕，进入提升循环
Set up the installation platform --- place the base, install the guide rail, assemble the components of the horizontal truss --- connect the crossbeam to the guide rail with bolts, fasten the main frame upright pole to the crossbeam --- fasten the diagonal pole to the upright pole and the crossbeam --- after installing the wall attached guide device, unload the frame onto the guide seat --- connect the overhead body with the structure, erect the scaffold, lay the middle layer or temporary scaffold board --- do with the building structure Temporary frame pulling and hanging of external dense mesh safety net - after the installation of the third beam, install the lifting seat and the upper wall attached guide seat - connect the main frame pole, erect the frame to the design height, lay the top scaffold board and foot guard board - lay the bottom safety net and scaffold board, make the turnover board - effectively pull the upper frame and the structure (the pulling distance is not more than 6m) - outside the tension hook Arrange the dense mesh safety net to the top of the frame --- insert the anti falling suspender into the anti falling device of the base, install the lifting wire rope --- place the electric control cabinet, distribute the electric cables, install the electric hoist, connect the wires, debug the electrical system --- pre tighten the electric hoist, check and accept, dismantle the connection between the frame and the upper part of the structure, and synchronously lift the first floor --- all the installation is completed, and enter the lifting cycle
